Project Background:
Located in upstate New York directly adjacent to the Culinary Institute of America, Bellefield at Historic Hyde Park is a 90-acre multi-use development with a 45-acre working farm, retail, office, hotel, and residential units including brownstone style homes, detached cottages, artist-style lofts, and private acreage estates. Originally known as St. Andrew’s at Historic Hyde Park and planned as a 340 acre development, it has since been downscaled in size and scope. As a member of the jkeppel team, we provided visioning, planning, character and brand development for the project, which is envisioned as a culinary tourism resort, featuring a signature food and wine plaza.
My Approach:
For these illustrations, I really wanted the lighting to be the driving force, giving each light source impact on the space. With a lot of sparkle and activity, these images try to show the vision of Bellefield in its best light.
