Project Background:

This was the second of two cover illustrations I did for Solar Today magazine.  It shows a small electric vehicle decked out in Texas style.  In the background we see some of the alternative power sources, such as concentrating solar power and wind turbines.

My Approach:

This was really fun and I like some of the early concepts I came up with as much as the finished design.  I tilted the view angle and put the car on a twisting road to seem a bit like a car advertisement.  Underlay drawn by hand, but everything else painted in Photoshop.
