Project Background:

The Streets at Southglenn is a redevelopment project in Centennial, Colo. which includes nearly a million square feet of retail space, office space and luxury apartment homes.

Along with large national retailers, Southglenn also features new Public Library, a new Community Center and the Commons, a one-city-block-long park, which features a grand fountain and fireplace, mature landscaping, lush gardens and a playground, and an outdoor café.

The team of architects featured SEM, CommArts, Mulhern & Associates, CLC Associates, Shook Kelley and Russell Davis Associates and others.

Design Visualization Process:

As part of the Communication Arts team, I worked during the conceptual stage of the project, developing and visualizing the Commons and other public spaces.  I created several sketches and quick illustrations to help envision the designs.
