Project Background
The client had recently purchased Denver Pavilions shopping mall in downtown Denver, Colorado. As part of a $25 million upgrade to the property, they were installing large-scale video screens, video signage, and escalators that connected the two-block mall to Denver’s 16th Street Mall.
These renderings were commissioned to promote the project to the public and potential tenants. They appeared in marketing materials and on regional news broadcasts.
My Approach
To meet the client’s need for several quick, cost-efficient architectural illustrations, I used a softer illustration style. This communicates the overall mood of the project without getting bogged down in the details.
Completed while at Communication Arts.
